Me'Kayla De'Siree
FOUNDER & CEO
Me'Kayla De'Siree is a gospel recording artist, songwriter, entrepreneur, and visionary leader committed to empowering the next generation to pursue purpose over pressure. She was signed to Motown Gospel at just 18 years old, launching her career as a creative voice in the music space.
Her music reflects themes of identity, faith, and transformation, including her single 'Look Alike.' Alongside her music career, Me'Kayla is a multifaceted entrepreneur who has launched her own real estate business, further expanding her impact by building wealth driven opportunities and demonstrating the importance of ownership and financial empowerment.
After initially pursuing college, Me'Kayla felt a pull toward ministry and creative leadership. Through this competition, she hopes to create opportunities for young visionaries to turn ideas into meaningful impact.
Me'Kayla is currently preparing to release her upcoming album later this year.
Carson Barnes
CO-FOUNDER
Carson Barnes is a gospel recording artist, songwriter, and entrepreneur dedicated to using music and leadership to inspire purpose driven lives. Signed to My Block Inc at the age of 18, Carson has quickly emerged as a voice within the gospel music community.
His newest single 'What You Come to Do?' continues his mission of creating music that encourages faith and bold expression of purpose. Beyond music, Carson is expanding his entrepreneurial footprint as he actively develops his own clothing line and is in early talks to launch a signature fragrance line; further reflecting his creativity, vision, and commitment to building impactful brands.
Like Me'Kayla, Carson recognize a deeper calling toward ministry, music, and entrepreneurship. That journey ultimately led to the creation of the Purpose Over Pressure Competition.
Carson is also preparing to release his upcoming album this year.
