We seek visionaries ages 17– 25 who are passionate about making a difference. Ideal applicants are resilient leaders and innovators who are developing ideas, initiatives, or movements that create real impact in their communities.

Eligibility Criteria
Must be between the ages 17 – 25 and able to clearly present an idea, initiative, or project that aligns with the mission of the Purpose Over Pressure Competition.
Key Qualities
Resilience, creativity, leadership, and a strong commitment to purpose. A passion for community impact, and the ability to turn challenges into opportunities for growth and change.

We believe in rewarding innovation at every level. Our $20,000 total award fund is distributed to empower our top visionaries to scale their social impact missions.

Prize & Scholarship Breakdown
The $20,000 competition fund is allocated to maximize impact and provide a launchpad for the next generation of leaders: The Grand Prize winner secures $7,500 in funding, while the remaining $7,500 is distributed among the top finalists. In addition, a $5,000 student scholarship will be awarded to one outstanding academic visionary. The competition will also feature a People’s Choice Award, where the winner is determined by public popular vote, giving the community the opportunity to recognize and support the idea they believe has the greatest impact.
